Please complete this form to add specific/custom details about your order. Please include specific information regarding desired colors, etc. Color options will vary depending on stock colors on hand and/or store availability, etc.
Submission of this form does not guarantee an order has been accepted.
Invoice: Once request has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours and an Invoice will be sent via email.
Payments: Your invoice can be paid via Venmo, PayPal, or Square (debit or credit).
Order will not be considered until Invoice is paid in full.
Turnaround time: Once Invoice is paid in full, your order is officially placed and your spot in the Order Queue will be held. Currently, my turnaround time is approximately two (2) weeks depending on number of orders ahead of yours. Please let me know if you have a specific deadline or rush order, which can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the invoice. Depending on distance, local pick-up and/or drop-off will be considered, but not guaranteed. I am located in Delaware County, PA All local (Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware) orders are eligible for delivery based on current mileage rates, which will be added to Invoice.
