My interest in photography started at a very young age—elementary school to be exact. Always the one with a camera snapping pictures and creating photo albums. I’ve always had an interest in preserving memories through pictures.

This passion grew throughout the years, personally and professionally. I instinctively learned how to make others smile and feel comfortable in front of the camera lens. This gift flourished after I obtained a proficiency certification in Digital Imaging targeted towards photography, video production, digital imaging and printing.

I am known for taking “lots” of pictures during photo shoots—probably way more than is needed. I get overly excited when people are willing to climb a tree, sit on a log in the water, or do whatever is necessary to get the shot! This usually makes it hard for customers to pick just a few images. LOL!

Up next…mastering dog photography! We have three camera-shy fur babies who actually turn away whenever I pull out my phone or camera. I want to learn how to get them and other furry subjects to sit and “smile” for the camera!
